This role requires a blend of strong writing skills HR knowledge and the ability to connect with diverse audiences to promote our initiatives and values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Creation: Develop highquality written and visual content for various HR initiatives including training programs employee engagement policies and best practices. Research and Curation: Identify and curate relevant content from external sources industry publications and thought leaders to provide employees with valuable insights and resources. Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to align content with organizational goals and communicate important updates and initiatives. Content Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of HR content ensuring accessibility and relevance for employees. Engagement Strategies: Design and implement strategies to promote HR content through internal channels (e.g. intranet newsletters social media) to increase employee engagement and awareness. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from employees on content effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve the quality and relevance of HR resources. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Communications English or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of experience in HR content creation or communications preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of HR practices employee engagement and workplace culture. Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g. social media newsletters).
