Engineering Manager

Were seeking an Engineering Manager to lead endtoend delivery of complex multiteam projects. You will oversee technical design decisions and ensure timely project completion within your teams. • Oversee highquality technical contributions and collaborate with Product and Development to mitigate risks including technical debt system downtime and security issues.
• Lead design reviews and maintain accountability for system designs within your team.
• Track and report on delivery metrics coaching your team for sustainable operations.
• Balance scope speed and quality maintaining efficient delivery and updating key stakeholders on progress.
• Break down complex projects into team tasks and create detailed execution plans with team leads.
• Lead crosspod technical initiatives share knowledge and provide support across product groups.
• Apply and refine Agile/XP SDLC practices to meet project needs.
• Mentor engineers at various levels assist with recruitment and guide career development performance reviews and succession planning.

Qualifications : Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead multiteam projects and manage complex technical systems.
• Skilled in Agile and XP SDLC practices with experience in balancing project tradeoffs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills adept at performance management and career development.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with a track record of enhancing team performance and architectural health.
