Job Title : Infor PLM Consultant. Location : Remote. Job Type : Contract. Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Infor PLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Product Lifecycle Management solutions using Infor's PLM platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product development processes, improve data management, and ensure compliance with industry standards. In addition to staffing solutions, Smartwork IT Services is involved in developing cutting-edge products like SWITS ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and SWITS HRMS (Human Resource Management Services). Key Responsibilities : - Lead or support the implementation of Infor PLM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PLM solutions. - Configure and customize Infor PLM applications to meet client-specific needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and supply chain, to optimize workflows and integrate PLM processes. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Infor PLM solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor PLM systems. - Stay updated on Infor PLM product updates, best practices, and industry trends. - Document system configurations, processes, and project outcomes for future reference. Qualifications : Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Infor PLM software, including installation, configuration, and integration. - Experience with related Infor ERP solutions is a plus. - Knowledge of SQL, system architecture, and data migration processes. - Familiarity with workflows, BOM management, and document control within PLM systems. Professional Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing PLM solutions, with specific experience in Infor PLM. - Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management processes in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or automotive.
