Responsibilities: Research Strategy Development: Define and articulate the overarching research strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. Identify key research priorities methodologies and performance metrics to drive impactful outcomes Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business researchers providing guidance on research methodologies project execution and professional development. Foster a collaborative and highperforming team culture focused on delivering highquality research outputs Project Management: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of research projects from initiation to completion. Ensure adherence to timelines budget constraints and quality standards. Coordinate crossfunctional collaboration and resource allocation as needed Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including senior leadership department heads and crossfunctional teams to understand research needs priorities and strategic objectives. Communicate research findings insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to drive informed decisionmaking Research Methodologies: Stay abreast of emerging trends best practices and innovations in business research methodologies. Evaluate and implement new tools techniques and approaches to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of research processes Data Analysis and Interpretation: Oversee the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Ensure rigorous analysis techniques are applied to inform strategic decisionmaking and business planning Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality efficiency and impact of business research activities.
