Job Description : We are looking for a Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable, and inclusive technology products. As a Technical Lead, you will be leading a team of developers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do. Tasks And Responsibilities : - Design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance server-side applications. - Build and manage database schemas, ensuring efficient data access and storage. - Architect and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services. - Enhance application performance and scalability to meet business needs. - Analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Skills And Requirements : - 8+ years of backend development, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies. - Proficiency in Java 1.8 or higher, Spring Boot, and developing robust RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with additional backend technologies such as Node.js is a plus. - Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively.- Experience with remote team management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
