As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy. Key Responsibilities: Full HR Spectrum: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best talent is attracted and retained. Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Pass Applications: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and comply with local labor laws. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, manage employee relations issues, and support conflict resolution. MOM Compliance: Stay updated on Singapore's labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR practices are compliant with MOM guidelines. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll management. In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM regulations. Experience with work pass applications and other MOM-related procedures. Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus.
