Beagle Talent have partnered with a luxury design and build company based in the UAE to recruit an experienced Procurement Coordinator to lead and streamline their procurement processes. This role requires someone with strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, and established industry connections within the UAE. You will be tasked with sourcing materials ensuring best value for money, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to support development projects. Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies, policies, and processes tailored to business needs.
Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best quality materials at competitive prices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to leverage competitive advantages. Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements, including quality standards and timelines.

To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in procurement management, preferably within the construction, joinery, or design industries in the UAE. You should have a strong network of local suppliers ready to utilise. Working knowledge of UAE industry standards is also crucial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
