Iot Solution Product Manager
Job details
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse Market trends and Scout Software solution
- Design customer centric products, under Design Thinking framework, including problem statement, core value analysis and customer journey analysis
- Assess device against business requirements
- Define business case for product and identify target profitability
- Define pricing and relate it to customer benefits
- Solve the core elements under product design
Ø Business definition under revenue share models
Ø Operations definition
Ø Technical needs requirements (aligned with Technical Product Manager)
Ø Legal implications.
- Implement product aligned with OpCos: coordinate the PLM for lean implementation that can be reused across OpCos
Ø Replicate agreed upon processes for a Marketplace implementation
Ø Create templates for pricing and other local decision taking items
Ø Follow-up both the technical and business implementation of the product (Partner onboarding, readiness checklist )
Ø Design and validate all product operational processes and ensure all templates and artifacts are in place
Ø Define and carry out PoCs and in the field testing to learn from experience
- Manage Product Portfolio
Ø Create all product related content for Center of Excellence to deliver a successful Go To
Ø Marketing (customer presentations, FAQ list, Why us? KSP
Ø Actively participate in Launch activities and commercial plans
Ø Define product performance criteria and setting targets according to market
Ø Follow up on product performance an all areas: customer interest, sales success, time to deploy, operations status, partner management, etc ,
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Engineering Degree / Business Administration Degree / Design Degree
- Advanced degrees (Master's or MBA) would be an advantage
- 4-6 years in B2B Product Design and Solutions
- 2 years of experience in IoT Solutions, in particular in Mobility and Smart Building Areas
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking
- Experience in revenue share agreements.

- Launch products under domain (1/2 product family per year)
- Successful definition of customer experience (customer interest and pipeline on launching)
- Establish a product management framework for each product and ability to discuss and take decisions on each product
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to QAR36,400.00 per month
