- Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
- Engage, motivate, and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
- To achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure
- To accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production
- Sets work schedules to optimize staffing
- Ability to work under pressure
- Develops innovative strategies that increase the establishment's profitability.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Excellent product knowledge, must display a genuine passion for food and beverage product
- To be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in GCC Countries
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in **Indian cuisine restaurants**:
- Excellent customer services skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage product and operations
**Language**:
- English & Arabic (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Doha (required)
