Job Responsibilities
Implementation maintenance and consistent improvement of network security measures.
Managing the network of more than 200 nodes.
Managing Email Accounts of (MS Exchange 2007).
Manage firewall and Internet connections, Routers, Layer 3 Switches, Layer 2 Switches and VPN.
End User support software assistance printers, programs, server's installations.
Installation of Systems Clients and Servers Both. Data Migration.
Consolidation of monthly reports from local IT staff of each branch/region.
Ensure changes are planned and implemented in a sound low risk manner, without creating system outages.
Software updating and version control for network software including distribution.
Tracking and maintenance of software for each computer.
Software and hardware failover monitor and test the performance of this configuration.
Control and Administration of central IP/CR tracking sheet.
Plan, maintain and supervise all cabling operations carried out in Corporate Office and at remote Branches/warehouses.
Trend Micro Administration for head office and support to other branches/region Local IT support in this regard.
Setting up user accounts.
Manages software licenses on a company-wide basis.
Video conferencing administration and control.
MRTG monitoring.
Network management with PRTG, SNMP, & Network Monitors etc.
Writing SOPs for different procedures.
Maintaining adequate security, especially where networks link to the internet.
Job Specification
Microsoft Certified Professional.
CISCO Certification.
Computer Science Graduate.
Excellent People Handling and Relationship Skills.
