This may include the HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, defining target operating models, assessing HCM and WFM implementation readiness, solution implementation and post-implementation optimization.We are looking for Sr Consultants to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, with focus on UKG Pro.A related bachelor's degreeApproximately 3+ years Consulting experience2 - 5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experienceUKG Pro Certifications are idealExperience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendationsExperience supporting or leading business process design, enhancementsHands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solutionExperience participating and/or leading client discussions - requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deploymentAn understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycleProject management experience is beneficialAbility to work through a problem with limited information.Flexibility and ability to travel - on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro implementation concepts. Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities.Develop people. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training. Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment.Demonstrate high levels of UKG Pro & Pro WFM technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.Generate new business opportunities.
