Sr. Microsoft 365 Teams Technical ConsultantWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Microsoft 365 Teams Technical Consultant looking to create amazing experiences leveraging the Microsoft suite.You will work closely with our teams to create new solutions and improve existing products and features. You will collaborate with our delivery team to surface common pain points, develop solutions, and evangelize best practices. You will also support, mentor, and help others in the team.ResponsibilitiesThis role will be a mix of execution and leadership responsibilities:Design and implement Microsoft Teams and mobile devices that align with the client's requirements and best practices.Provide technical leadership and oversight for the project team and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for the client and stakeholders on Microsoft Teams features and functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Teams and Intune related technologies.Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in Microsoft Teams and the M365 ecosystem.Provide technical documentation and reports for the project and the client.CredentialsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; OR at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Teams and M365 consulting, implementation, and support.Proficiency in designing and implementing Teams Telephony solutions, including Direct Routing, Calling Plans, Phone System, and Voice Apps.Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and PowerShell scripting.Knowledge of voice and network protocols, standards, and best practices.Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure AD, Intune, and other M365 services.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to deliver solutions that meet the clients' expectations and requirements.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent client-facing experience and communication skills.Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance would be beneficial.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Interview ProcessWe would love the opportunity to meet everyone who applies, but unfortunately, that is not possible.
