We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Administration & Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects within the real estate marketing sector, along with expertise in overseeing administrative functions and human resource management. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Project Management:Oversee administrative aspects of 5 to 6 real estate marketing projects concurrently.Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.Staff Management:Supervise and lead a team of 100+ staff members across various projects.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.Handle staff hiring and termination processes in compliance with company policies and regulations.Implement and manage biometric attendance systems to track employee attendance effectively.File Management & Documentation:Develop and maintain efficient file management systems for project documentation.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related documentation.Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.HR Management:Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.Handle employee relations issues and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Performance Management:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff members and monitor performance against targets.Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.Recognize and reward top performers to foster a positive work culture.
