About the Role We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Expert with proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). This is a role for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong creative flair, and is ready to manage campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and content creation. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to achieve KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
  • Content & Design Creation: Create compelling ad copies and visuals (independently or in collaboration with designers) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio. Generate actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage high budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of audience trends and competitor strategies to capture market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years managing high-budget campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Portfolio: A proven track record of delivering measurable results through performance marketing campaigns.
  • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, or Canva.
  • Content & Design Skills: Ability to create impactful ad content and visuals independently.
  • Mindset: Analytical, data-driven, and always curious to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Google PPC & Meta Ads Experience.
