  • Location: Abha, Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose: To carry out detailed project work for individual projects from start to end. To coordinate and manage contractor teams and to work with the PMEO team on support work including Engineering, Planning, Execution, Finance, and Safety to ensure project delivery on budget and on time. Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Work within the project plan and the budget provided per project.
  2. Manage the work of the project site and be responsible for the entire project.
  3. Organize required equipment and services (as per the purchasing protocol) for the fulfillment of the project on time and on budget.
  4. Arrange project work at the site to ensure the project is progressing according to the plan.
  5. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  6. Contact project sponsors/user departments to align with project work as per the agreed scope and ensure smooth progress and handover at the end of the project.
  7. Inform PMEO Director and Planning Manager of any changes required and to report any risks that projects face with systematic project risk analysis reporting.
  8. Provide technical support for the project team and operational management on projects.
  9. Supervise the work of the Construction Manager (appointed from the consulting office), technical staff, and contractors; take actions required and report the progress.
  10. Update Gantt charts regularly and report to PMEO teams.
  11. Prepare weekly reports to PMEO Director on the template provided and include any other important information as applicable for that week.
  12. Monitor project timelines and milestones; inform of risks and take preventive actions to stay within budget and timelines agreed on the project delivery.
  13. Track project budget on an ongoing basis and work with PMEO team to develop cost control and monitoring methodologies.
  14. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  15. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team; analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  16. Monitor changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans proactively.
  17. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
  18. Ensure staff and contractors are following safety regulations (for people and equipment) at the project site.
  19. Secure the project site by arranging a team of security (usually an external firm); implement in and out controls and ensure security is present and vigilant.
  20. Support PMO Director on overall project management exercise and reporting.
Administrative Duties:
  • Project reports to PMO Director.

  • People management (direct and third-party contractors/individuals).
  • Report writing and submission.
  • Providing training to project team.

  • Adhere to safety and civil defense regulations.
  • Comply with HACCP, ISO, YUM, BRC & GMP procedures (preventative maintenance).
