Minimum Requirements: - Minimum a NITEC/Diploma with 1-3 years of experience in Windows and Mac OS. - Candidate must be authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship. - 5 days’ work week. - Role requires candidate to work onsite and travel between sites in Singapore as required. Position Overview: Amazon is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to fill an IT Support Associate I position at our IT Operations. This role provides support for IT Offices throughout the region and is the first level of support for the operations of the IT department while acting as a representative to internal customers. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing IT equipment for new hires. - Inventory management between sites. - Handling life cycle replacement projects. - Supporting internal customers with backup, equipment replacements, and troubleshooting OS-related issues. - Off-boarding. - E-Waste management. A Day in the Life: - Perform installation and configurations of Windows and Mac OS. - Prepare IT equipment for new hires. - Manage inventory between sites. - Handle life cycle replacement projects. - Support internal customers with backup, equipment replacements, and troubleshooting OS-related issues. - Assist with off-boarding. - Manage E-Waste. About the Team: The IT team is responsible for preparing IT equipment for all new employees from day one. Key responsibilities include IT asset disposal (ITAD), inventory management, lifecycle replacement projects, off-boarding, hardware troubleshooting, and logging cases with OEMs for replacements. The team ensures employees have the necessary IT equipment and support throughout their employment. Additional Qualifications: - Minimum 1+ years of experience. - Diploma in computer science or equivalent. - Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS. - Basics of Computer and Networking. - Familiarity with ITAD Process (secured wipe). - Asset management skills. - Basic English communication and written communication skills desired. - Knowledge of Remedy. - Familiar with Windows installation and Mac OS installation. - Knowledge of asset management and experience in using ServiceNow is a plus. - Experience working with 3PL for importing and exporting is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
