Job Summary The IT Business Partner serves as a liaison between the IT department and various business units within an organization, aligning IT strategies and initiatives with business goals and objectives. They collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, and translate them into IT solutions and projects. Additionally, they provide strategic guidance and advice to business stakeholders on how technology can support and enhance business processes and operations. The IT Business Partner also facilitates communication and collaboration between IT teams and business units to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services. Job Responsibilities

  1. Implement ERP system, trainings and support.
  2. Perform business process re-engineering, GAP analysis and workarounds.
  3. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of Company’s requirements and recommend solutions to enable organizations to achieve goals and improve business processes.
  4. Provide expertise and address L2/L3 support in the assigned business function for ERP systems.
  5. Provide L1 technical support during implementations and support.
  6. Conduct UAT, obtain sign-offs and prepare go-live plans for all systems implementations.
  7. Monitor support issues resolutions as per the agreed timelines and SLA.
  8. Prepare reports as required by senior management and circulate with stakeholders.
  9. Provide/extract information/analytics from ERP Systems for management on a need basis.
  10. Identify/incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
  11. Conduct the needs assessment and assist group companies in developing and deploying best business strategies, project planning and coordination, change management, and project risk management.
  12. Initialize the projects, reviewing quality control, system implementation control, and documentation.
  13. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Job Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong understanding of both IT and business principles, including knowledge of technology trends, industry standards, and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities.
  • Project management skills to oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and identify opportunities for IT innovation and improvement.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years relevant working experience, 2 years in GCC is a plus. Competencies

Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Professional Qualification in Certifications in Tier-1 ERP systems from Microsoft, SAP or Oracle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
