Responsibilities:
- Innovate & Enhance: Design and improve multithreaded, high-volume trade flow processing systems.

- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with engineering teams across the UK, US, and Hong Kong.

- Experience: 8+ years of enterprise-level software development, particularly with C#.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, multi-threaded programming, and object-oriented design.
- Expertise in building connected, service-oriented applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise messaging systems and AWS serverless technologies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy.
- Understanding of the FIX protocol, MS SQL, and financial markets, including equity, fixed income, and commodity markets.
- Insights into post-trade lifecycle processes.
