Hansen Architect Location: Reading UK or Hammersmith UK (Any) Years of Experience : Min. 10+ Years Type of Hiring: 6 Months Contract or Permanent (Any) Hybrid Remote. 3 days a week in office. 2 days remote. Start/ End Date: Immediate
- Expert in Hansen CPQ and Hansen EPC
- Expert in product modelling concepts
- Responsible for planning, sequencing, and performing the tasks in an efficient manner
- Conduct product modelling workshops, familiarity with general TM Forum eTOM, TAM and SID concepts
- Design and develop rationalized product models
- Configure the Hansen software solution
- Execute Configuration Management
- Define Product Data Migration
- Understand the typical retail product lifecycle management process
- Provide subject matter expertise on the operationalization of Hansen software solutions in the organization
- Design, develop and deploy process and organizational models orientated around the rollout and use of our software solutions
- Design and produce functional specifications for all areas of implementation work
- Develop training materials for the Training competency and deliver training courses where applicable
- Product implementation consultancy on Business and Product Architecture
- Regularly contribute new product roadmap ideas
- Experience of BSS/OSS solutions specializing in Catalog, Order Management and Provisioning
- Significant experience with software solutions in the telecommunications, cable, and/or high-tech sector
- Experience working with agile methods of project delivery, either in an agile environment or as part of an agile team
- Expected to conduct system analysis and development, keep abreast with current product features/capabilities along with change in technologies.
- Analyse, design, coordinate and supervise the development and testing of systems
- Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers
- Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
- Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product
- Responsible for development of new programs, analyses current programs and processes, and making recommendations
- Work in a multi-vendor and multi-systems environment for a large system integration program, support the QA/UAT/Acceptance test phases.
- XML, web services, Microservices & Json, knowledge on any middleware/integration technologies, BPM, Orchestration suits
- Good understanding of CI/CD tooling and working knowledge of delivering using CI/CD pipeline
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent TechM in meetings with client
- Work in a multi-vendor environment and ability to understand ways of working via team interactions in update calls
- Self-starter and proactive enough to identify areas of growth in an ongoing program
- Ability to understand high level designs and derive component design, implementation strategy based on the same
- Team worker – ability to work with a team of junior developers and ensure that work is progressing well, resolve hurdles both technical and non-technical for the team
- Work in offshore-onshore model
