Who we are looking for A Junior Games Software Producer, who will assist in the implementation of our in-house games and features, with a particular focus on core market availability and internal stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Games Software Production Manager and Games Software Producers, you will have a keen eye for detail and the desire to take ownership of crucial production tasks. You will work with other internal teams to ensure key milestones are met and recorded in a timely manner. You will be a part of a growing team of talented Games Software Producers, who have been responsible for over 180 games going live over the past six years. In this role, you will be coached and supported as you develop a greater understanding of casino style games from major suppliers and how our in-house games compare. Preferred skills and experience
- Strong academic background, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Passion for online casino style games and an understanding of the current marketplace for such products.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Highly meticulous with a focus on quality and excellence in delivery.
- Demonstrable creative flair.
- Self-driven and ambitious.
- Critical thinker with problem solving skills.
- Maintaining relationships with the games studio, ensuring timely delivery of all third party and Business deliverables.
- Coordinating communication both internally and externally.
- Supporting the delivery of new content and collaborating closely with internal teams for efficient deployment.
- Assisting with content availability, QA activities and product launches.
- Compiling requirement documents, design walk-throughs, feedback loops and testing with all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting thorough research on casino style games from major suppliers, ensuring that the Business content remains best in class.
- Conducting post launch analysis to integrate and continually improve the product offering across the Business.
