Retail Sales Manager - Townsville - IMMEDIATE START

Tools Warehouse are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Manager for our Townsville store, who has a strong passion for sales & tools. We are looking for an experienced retail manager to lead a team that is committed to further developing their skills and knowledge, whilst providing an exception customer experience. What will you be doing? Based in our Townsville store, the key responsibilities of this Full Time position include but are not limited to:

• Create a high performing & supportive team environment that embraces feedback, gives praise and shares success
• Nurture a welcoming & fun environment for the team and customers
• Committed to delivering an engaging customer experience in your store and inspiring your team to as well
• Train, support and develop team members sales skills and product knowledge
• Supporting team members as required to ensure individual and team KPIs are met
• Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising, storeman warehousing duties & general housekeeping

• An energetic, passionate & enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
• Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• The ability to multi-task your work within a fast paced team environment
• A strong attention to detail
• A real team player & naturally competitive
• Must be punctual, dedicated & have a willingness to be flexible to achieve store requirements
