Job Title: Service & Solution Technician Location: Field Based Salary: Competitive Full time/Permanent/Hybrid working/Flexible/Weekends required Hiring in the following areas: Reading M4 Corridor
- Requires travelling regionally, in a company car.
- No previous experience needed: We provide full training in the installation and maintenance processes
- We want candidates to deliver seamless client-centric service.
- Install and maintain metering equipment and software in panel homes.
- Provide outstanding customer service, professionalism and be part of a team that delivers a standout experience for our panel members.
- Educate and encourage panel members in the correct use and care of the metering equipment.
- Work with our wider operational teams to ensure SLA’s and project deadlines are met on time.
- Investigate and trouble-shoot any issues.
- Liaise with the Panel Service Exec teams to ensure optimal service to panelists.
- Accurately log and report all panel home activity
- Work in collaboration with the Solution and Fleet Manager to maintain accurate stock levels of metering equipment as required.
- Communication - Excellent relationship building and communication skills with internal stakeholders and panel members
- Innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
- Customer service and problem solving - polite and professional manner with a positive attitude towards problem solving
- Collaboration - Team player who is happy to lend a hand when needed
- Proactive, self-motivator and the ability to work autonomously in a remote role
- Understanding of TV and peripheral technology desirable but not essential
- Demonstrable experience of working in domestic environments
- Prepared to drive regionally within the UK
- A full driving licence with no more than 6 points (a company vehicle is provided).
