  • Ensuring safe, timely, and accurate management of physical inventory by coordinating with logistics service providers on loading operations and system information processing.
  • Responsible for overall day-to-day FG warehouse, inventory operations and management.
  • Inbound Monitoring and Planning: Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate receipt of inbound shipments from suppliers or oversea and production sites. Coordinate container arrivals at the warehouse and provide rolling plans to the warehouse inbound team.
  • Outbound Coordination and Planning: Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Plan the loading of containers and trucks according to customer sales orders and optimize possible utilization.
  • Monitor the daily operations and performance of logistics service providers, induce high-quality support for company, including monitoring suppliers' daily operational performance and handling service quality issues.
  • Continuously improvement on transportation execution processes and operational management to improve efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed, including delivery notes, customs clearance documents, and shipping records. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Understanding of the basics of manufacturing order fulfillment, proficiency in transportation scheduling and handling of matter arising from logistic.
  • Familiar with Malaysia custom operation.
  • Analysis of transportation costs and the impact of cyclical business.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English/ Malay/ Chinese.
