Do you thrive in an autonomous environment that fosters innovation and creativity? We are seeking a M365 expert with excellent coaching abilities to lead the System Engineer Chapter. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be working as a member of a dynamic team that is responsible for integration of the M365 functionalities within Swift. - Lead the Chapter's craftsmanship evolution (developing and steering the Chapter members on the 'how')
- Foster a collaborative environment where chapter members can freely exchange knowledge and ideas, promoting the growth and improvement of System Engineering practices throughout the organization.
- Mentor the members of the chapter on their personal development and growth path, facilitate their performance reviews, and conduct regular performance dialogues.
- Foster a diverse and skilled workforce, continuously improving existing capabilities or developing new ones based on the organization's requirements.
- Hire and onboard new chapter members.
- Contribute to the organization's strategy and vision, by offering a broad range of ideas regarding collaboration tools and devices.
- Integrate and deploy M365 functionalities.
- Validate proposed solutions in relation to current and future End User Services environment.
- Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers.
- Challenge the status quo, and think out of the box for alternative/most efficient solutions.

- Experience of working in environments as a system engineer.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge in collaborative tools (JIRA & ServiceNow) is required.
- University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience as a System Engineer with Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge in Microsoft M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure...) is an asset.
- Previous experience as people manager.
- Knowledge/Experience in Agile methodology is an asset.
