Senior/ Project Manager

The Senior/Project Manager is responsible for all phases of the project, from designing to implementing project plans to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. A summary of the responsibilities of this position includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Lead assigned teams in the timely execution of projects to delivery within budget with responsibility for high productivity and performance.
• Manage material resources efficiently and ensure profitability of assigned projects.
• Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions as required on projects.
• Ensure high safety and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Experience: 5 years’ experience in Data Center projects, with a total of 10 - 15 years’ construction experience.
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design, MEP, and Contracts Management.
• Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and complete projects.

• Excellent client-facing skills with a strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations.
• Strong ability in cost management and driving profitability while remaining in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Able to lead and inspire high performance to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient, and effective basis.
