Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)
- At least a certificate, diploma, or above in Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, product assembly/production/manufacturing processes, equipment, mainboard troubleshooting, repairing, and ability to read circuit diagrams will be a priority.
- Good skills in using repair tools i.e., soldering iron, multimeter, hot air gun, oscilloscope, etc.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software (e.g., CAD/CAM, ERP).
- Possesses basic knowledge of electronic components, conducts failure analysis based on component functions and characteristics, and has the ability to analyze electronic circuits.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in debugging or troubleshooting PCB will be a priority.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin (will be an added advantage as it will require interaction with counterparts from China) and English skills.
- Able to complete other tasks assigned by superiors/management.
- Completed and passed manual soldering training, with over 1 year of manual soldering experience.
- Familiar with component reusability processes and methods.
- Familiar with hardware testing schemes, performs hardware testing and debugging, analyzes electronic problems in production processes, and provides final solutions.
- Summarizes and shares repair cases, develops standardized rework guidelines.
- Responsible for PCBA troubleshooting training.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and productivity.
- Technical Support: Perform technical support/ repairs on products, replacing faulty components if necessary.
