- Develop and implement comprehensive financial business models to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and risk analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Manage and oversee joint venture projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and business development efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Travel regionally as required to manage and support various projects.
- Lead corporate finance initiatives, including capital raising, financial structuring, and investment analysis.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure and funding strategies.
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors impacting the business.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, financial modeling, M&A, or related fields.
- Proven track record in advisory or consulting roles, preferably with experience from Big 4 firms or top consulting companies.
- Good understanding of M&A or JV processes would be a PLUS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required due to business expansions.
