- Collaborate with Account Managers to assess customer needs and design tailored solar solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals, including cost-benefit analysis, technical specifications, and ROI projections.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns about technical solutions, system performance, and project timelines.
- Project Development and Management:
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise solar projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee the design and engineering process, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical or logistical issues that arise.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar energy.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to the sales team, providing training and insights to enhance their knowledge of solar solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase expertise and build trust.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between the customer, internal teams, and external partners during the pre-sales and project execution phases.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide post-installation follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular project reports, detailing milestones, financial performance, and any deviations from the original plan on weekly basis.
- Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
