Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating all training activities of the Company, including internal and external training, serving as training moderator.
- Maintain all related training documentation in accordance with ISO requirements, including preparation and issuance of memos, contract bonds before training, and printing of certificates.
- Record all training attendance in the training database for Training Record.
- Update training activity/status on a monthly basis through monthly reports.
- Assist Senior Manager, Training in preparation of the yearly training schedule planner for Management approval and distribution.
- Assist in completing the documentation for examinations in collaboration with the Certification Body.
- Involved in Internal Audit-related activities.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Administrative/Management/Communication or any related field.
- At least 1 year of direct experience in training, human resources, and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and be result-oriented.
- Must be mature, self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license, and willing to travel as required.
- Able to write and communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
