Job Description- In the role of a Regional Service Integration manager, you will be responsible for the service transition from the project to the operations team as part of the AMS service.
- Discuss, plan, and drive the service transitions after Program Increments (PI).
- Track and report on the status of the ongoing service transitions to AMS lead.
- Monitor the overall progress of the transition for the module and address any challenges/roadblocks as required.
- Track and report on the status of the transition to the Regional AMS Lead and Global AMS lead.
- This role involves managing risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that transitions are completed on time and within budget.
- Create comprehensive plans outlining goals, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation related to the transition.
- Conduct reviews to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
- Ensure all activities are carried out as planned and track performance.
- You will also be responsible for overall reporting and management of the Critical Incident.
- 1’st Escalation point for the identified Critical incident and follow up till the closure of the same.
- You will work closely with Functional / Technical leads, Regional AMS Lead for the Critical incidents and report it further to Global AMS Lead.
- First Point of contact for GSM team for all Major Incidents.
- Coordinates with the Functional and Technical team for the resolution of the issue.
- Profound experience of Transition management and Major Incident and Critical incident management processes and should have experience working with ITIL tools like Service Now, Jira etc.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management and the Service Delivery organization to deliver as per SLAs with Downstream systems along.
- Profound experience of handling a team of more than 100+ consultants.
- Good experience in working with Microsoft office and Google office tools.
- Should be able to Identify Improvement potentials in Transition and Knowledge transfer processes and implement best practices.
- Application Knowledge of SAP, S4/HANA modules.
