- Handling pre & post tender management and cost planning.
- In charge of reviewing tender sums, terms and conditions in contract documents to ensure projects tendered/awarded are successful.
- Overseeing the entire project process from inception to completion, including pre to post contract and final accounts.
- Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering, such as cost calculation and estimation compilation of required information.
- Managing contract terms and developing strategic solutions to unsuitable terms.
- Experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain the best deals.
- Tracking project progress and handling contractual disputes to manage project costing.
- Heading a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Graduated with a diploma or degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a relevant field.
