Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, this full-time position will see you working closely with our clients to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our products. What you'll be doing

• Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex issues quickly and effectively
• Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of our engineering products to prevent downtime and maximise performance
• Liaising with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and recommending solutions to enhance their operations
• Documenting all service activities and maintaining detailed records for future reference
• Collaborating with our engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback and help drive product improvements
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure you're delivering the highest standard of service

What we're looking for

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience as a service engineer or in a similar technical support role, ideally within the engineering sector
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as a good understanding of engineering principles and technologies
