- Create Window display designs keeping in mind the brand design language and current trends
- Focus to generate Crisp & clear Communication method to enhance customer shopping experience. Provide required support and ensure we are relevant with the key shifting trends in the market.
- Planning and strategically designing communication for SS and HS stores with a unified design language.
- Conceptual pop’s for campaigns planned as per GTM calendar.
- Seasonal Launches/EOSS communication guidelines creation to ensure oneness, consistency and enhanced communication throughout the stores.
- Creating 360 communication Docket as per the launch plan & it's timely roll-out.
- Research on INNOVATION which enhance Customer Engagement/Experience & improves Brand Perception. Preferably Cost Efficient or Resource Optimizing innovations.
- Evaluate the recognition received by the communication design innovations within the industry or from relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders like marketing and zonal VM team for co-ordination of artworks requirements and support.
- Focus on providing support to front end team for communication to get each and every campaign on time. Also, to support other internal stakeholders i.e. HR, MARKETING etc. for any required visual communication or their internal campaigns. Qualifications and Education Requirements Design Graduate from NIFT/NID/Pearl Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), is essential. Video editing software like After effects, Premier is a plus. Preferred competencies & Skills
- Strong creative and design sense
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- Understanding how to work with 3D space and design in three dimensions is important for creating effective physical displays.
