Techno - Functional ERP

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement ERP strategies to support business objectives.
• Project Management: Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document ERP requirements.
• System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement ERP solutions to meet business needs.
• Configuration and Customization: Perform configuration, customization, and integration of ERP modules.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
• User Training: Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation and management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Query Building, Reporting, front end-to-end triggers, stored procedures, and ERP configuration and integration.
• Functional Skills: Strong understanding of business processes and ERP modules.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• ERP Systems: Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Programming: Knowledge of programming languages relevant to ERP systems.
• Integration: Experience with integrating ERP systems with other business applications.
• Documentation: Ability to document system processes and configurations.
