Job Description: Sales Staff (Philippines) Position: Sales Staff (Overseas Recruitment & Marketing) Location: Philippines (Remote/Office-Based with Fieldwork) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a reputable maid agency based in Singapore, dedicated to connecting skilled domestic workers with families who need assistance. We prioritize ethical recruitment practices and aim to enhance the lives of both our clients and workers. As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated and experienced Sales Staff in the Philippines to manage recruitment, marketing, and operational coordination with applicants and partner agencies. Key Responsibilities Applicant Management and Recruitment:
- Build strong relationships with all applicants and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Facilitate applicant interviews and ensure they complete all required processes before traveling to Singapore.
- Create, validate, and maintain detailed and professional biodata for all applicants.
- Verify candidates’ experience, skills, and qualifications before publishing their profiles on our platforms.
- Work closely with accredited partner agencies in Manila to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Market candidates effectively to the Singapore sales team, highlighting their strengths and suitability.
- Visit partner agencies regularly to discuss updates, share feedback, and strengthen collaboration.
- Enable the Singapore-based management and sales teams during interviews and the paperwork phase.
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports for submission to management.
- Visit POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) as required for compliance or other activities.
- Act as a mediator to resolve any disputes or escalations with applicants.
- Communicate effectively to address concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage and oversee the operations of the applicant accommodation facility.
- Be responsible for maintaining cost efficiency and fulfilling all logistical requirements at the facility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with applicants, clients, and partner agencies.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process for overseas domestic workers.
- Knowledge of POEA guidelines and Philippine labor laws is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and local dialects.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines to visit partner agencies and POEA as required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing, preferably within a recruitment agency.
