TOSCA Automation Tester & Lead

HTC Global Services - a leading CMMI level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA. Hiring TOSCA Automation Tester & Lead for our premium project. Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation : Design and develop automation scripts for Oracle EBS applications using Tricentis Tosca .
• Test Management : Integrate and manage automated test cases within the Tricentis qTest platform, ensuring traceability, effective reporting, and seamless collaboration.
• Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to identify test automation opportunities, clarify test case ambiguities, and define automation scope.
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with functional teams and Oracle SMEs to gather clear, detailed requirements and expected results for automation testing.
• Execution and Troubleshooting : Execute automated test cases, validate results, and troubleshoot issues efficiently Tosca .
• Test Repository Management : Establish and maintain a centralized test repository that integrates Tosca and qTest for streamlined test management and reporting.
• Reporting & Feedback : Provide timely updates on automation progress, deliver automated scripts for regular review, and incorporate feedback.
• Quality Assurance : Participate in peer reviews of automation scripts to ensure adherence to high-quality standards and best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for automation testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Tricentis qTest for test management, execution, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS applications , including key modules and workflows.
• Experience in automating tests for ERP applications , focusing on critical business workflows (Happy Path).
• Proven ability to identify suitable candidates for automation and resolve challenges with incomplete or ambiguous test cases.
• Proficiency in creating reusable, maintainable automation scripts that scale across multiple test cycles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills , with the ability to resolve automation issues efficiently.

• API Automation Testing experience.
• Familiarity with any web automation tools (e.g., Selenium , Playwright , Cypress ).
• Proficiency in any of these programming or scripting languages such as Java , C# , JavaScript , Python , or C++ .
