HR and Admin Manager / Supervisor (Hybrid / Remote)
Manage recruitment processes: planning, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and completing onboarding and offboarding procedures. Maintain employee records, performance evaluation, and training plans to ensure labor law compliance. Administer payroll and manage statutory contributions (EPF and SOCSO). Handle employee relations: provide consultation, resolve issues, and organize employee engagement activities. Administration: Handle daily office operations, including equipment procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing. Facilitate communication and coordination with government bodies, lawyers, accounting firms, and other external parties. Prepare internal meetings and reports, assisting executives in implementing company strategies. Assist with company registration, renewal of licenses, and document management. Suggest and optimize company processes and internal resource allocation to support efficient operations. Develop and optimize workflows based on the company's business operations and actual conditions. Establish and improve company regulations under the guidance of headquarters and assist in training initiatives. Support and service the business and project operations of overseas branches, implementing the management concepts and strategies from headquarters. Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR Management or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or Admin roles.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in dealing with external stakeholders or government bodies is a plus.
