Job Title: PEGA CLSA Architect Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Job Location: Remote from India Offered Salary: 45 Lakh - 50 Lakh p.a About the Role We are hiring a PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) for one of our Global Consulting clients in India. This role involves working on an exciting European project , providing an opportunity to collaborate with international teams and drive impactful solutions. It is a permanent remote role with a highly competitive compensation of up to 50 LPA . Candidates will be required to attend on-site client meetings once a quarter . Job Description As a PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) , you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for complex business challenges. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture and design of PEGA applications aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into PEGA solutions.
- Develop technical specifications, including data models, integration frameworks, and UI designs.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and train junior PEGA developers.
- Stay updated on PEGA advancements and industry trends.
- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) PART II certification (mandatory) (8.5V preferred ).
- 10+ years of experience in PEGA implementations and team leadership.
- Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC, CLM-KYC frameworks, and constellation architecture.
- Proficiency in designing complex applications, case management, and integrations.
- Experience with PEGA tools (Decisioning, Marketing, Robotics, DX APIs).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be part of an internationally driven European project .
- Work remotely with flexible quarterly travel for on-site meetings.
