Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager at HEINRICH LIMITED in New Delhi, with flexibility for remote work. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR activities, managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. • Training and Development expertise
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
