Project Manager

We are seeking: A highly skilled and experienced Automation Project Manager to lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automation technologies and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead automation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of all phases, including design, implementation, and testing.
2. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate project teams, including designers, engineers, and technicians, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and performance.
3. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Budget & Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to project goals.
5. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, budget overruns, or quality issues.
6. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting project progress, challenges, milestones, and achievements.
7. Automation Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge of automation technologies and industry best practices to ensure the success and innovation of each project.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.
2. At least 5 to 10 years of experience in automation project management.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. In-depth knowledge of automation systems, technologies, and industry trends.
6. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
