Role Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Fusion and extensive expertise in Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing Oracle ERP implementations and migrations, with a specialized focus on Fusion applications. A strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes, coupled with technical leadership and project management skills, is essential. As an Oracle Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and within budget. You will lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions, particularly in the supply chain domain. Key Responsibilities Project Management: · Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects, ensuring the successful completion of deliverables within scope, time, and budget constraints. · Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring that all aspects of the project are properly resourced and aligned with organizational objectives. · Drive project governance, status reporting, and risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle. · Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and change management. Oracle Fusion Expertise: · Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies. · Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on modules related to supply chain, procurement, and logistics. · Ensure the integration of Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems and technologies, driving process optimization and data integrity. Supply Chain Leadership: · Leverage your deep understanding of supply chain processes to guide the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. · Work with functional leads to define, refine, and map supply chain processes, ensuring they align with Oracle best practices. · Provide guidance on supply chain optimization, including inventory management, procurement, order management, logistics, and demand forecasting. Stakeholder Management: · Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, project goals, and timelines. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met while driving strategic initiatives forward. Team Leadership and Mentorship: · Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative working environment. · Provide guidance and support to junior project managers, analysts, and team members, helping them grow their skills in both Oracle Fusion and supply chain processes. Change Management: · Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption of Oracle Fusion applications and new supply chain processes. · Develop training programs, communication plans, and documentation to support user adoption and operational continuity. Continuous Improvement: · Identify opportunities for process improvement, both within Oracle Fusion applications and the broader supply chain function. · Stay updated on the latest trends in Oracle Fusion and supply chain management to bring innovative solutions to the organization. Key Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: · Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle project management, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion implementations. · Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes and leading Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Logistics, etc.). · Strong project management background, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. · Expertise in managing and integrating Oracle Cloud applications with legacy and third-party systems. · Prior experience in working with global, multi-disciplinary teams in various geographical locations. Technical Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and SCM modules).
- Strong understanding of supply chain best practices, including procurement, inventory management, order management, demand planning, and logistics.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and other Oracle technologies.
- Ability to work with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools for tracking project progress and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive change management efforts and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability, particularly in complex, dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management).
- Prior experience in global supply chain projects.
- Familiarity with ERP transformation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Travel may be required depending on project needs.
