Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (International Nursing) About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Associate Recruiter to spearhead international nursing recruitment efforts, with a focus on identifying and placing top-tier nursing talent from global markets. You will manage complex recruitment cycles, build strong candidate relationships, and serve as a liaison between nurses and healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for international nursing candidates.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top international nursing talent.
  • Build and manage relationships with international candidates, helping them through the entire recruitment and relocation process.
  • Partner with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs, ensuring timely placement of international nurses.
  • Coordinate with legal and immigration teams to ensure compliance with visa, immigration, and licensing requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international nurses, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding and relocation process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified international candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment fairs.
  • Monitor and stay informed of global trends in healthcare recruitment, visa regulations, and nursing licensure requirements to optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention rates.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on international recruitment, ideally within healthcare or nursing.
  • Expertise in global healthcare staffing, visa processes, and international nursing licensing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
  • Experience working with legal teams to manage visa and immigration processes is preferred.
