Job Overview : We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage user cash rewards transactions, ensure accurate TDS deductions, oversee KYC verifications, and enforce compliance with banned state regulations. Key Responsibilities : User Transactions Management :
- Process user cash rewards transactions accurately and timely.
- Ensure seamless transfer of rewards to user accounts while maintaining error-free records.
- Deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per applicable laws.
- Prepare and maintain TDS reports for periodic filings.
- Verify user KYC documents to ensure authenticity and compliance.
- Maintain records of approved and pending KYC submissions.
- Regularly monitor and update the list of banned states for transactions.
- Ensure no transactions occur in restricted regions.
- Prepare financial reports related to user transactions and TDS deductions.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the Legal, Tech, and Customer Support teams to resolve transaction and compliance issues.
- Stay updated with amendments to financial and gaming regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a real money gaming or fintech environment.
- Knowledge of TDS provisions, GST, and other tax regulations.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and compliance norms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Experience handling cash rewards transactions.
- Awareness of the gaming industry regulations.
