Sr. Business Process Analyst, Workflow Automation and Optimization Job Summary: The Business Process Analyst in WAO will be responsible for:
- Supporting the process of identifying and validating automation opportunities
- Leading process interviews with stakeholders to get step-by-step details of processes suitable for automation.
- Assessing and documenting requirements for automations by creating technical documents.
- Utilizing process mapping techniques (typically using Visio) and to identify process improvements
- Seeking new automation use-cases by building relationships with Business Owners across multiple support centers
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience including leading process interviews, building relationships with stakeholders, process design and improvement, business analysis, project management, or technology implementation.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience or interest (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, PEGA, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management and development lifecycles/methodologies (i.e. SDLC, Agile, Waterfall). Restaurant/retail/shared services experience. Able to lead process interviews to get process details, building relationships with stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead process interviews to get step-by-step details of as is process and determining any required access.
- Familiarity with process engineering and mapping techniques (i.e. cause and effect diagrams, swimlane diagrams) and tools (i.e. Microsoft Visio)
- Familiarity with project management and development lifecycles/methodologies (i.e. SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to effectively communicate with business and department leaders across the shared services organization.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Capable of handling competing priorities, often with considerable time constraints.
