Make an Impact by Providing 24/7 shift support for Satellite Operations. Offering Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink, and other value-added satellite services. Monitoring Infra devices, including core routers, UPS, and M&C alarms for Antenna. Effectively following the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system. Coordinating the installation, commissioning, and testing of Satellite services with vendors/SI. Skills for Success A good diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Infocomm from a recognized institution. Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered. Knowledge in satellite communications is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and adapt to a dynamic environment. Operational readiness in a 24 X 7 environment. Ability to perform 12-hour shift operations.
