The Sales Supervisor role in the Food & Beverage Production industry is pivotal for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives. This position requires a dynamic individual who can motivate their team while ensuring that sales targets are met consistently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG market and possess the ability to analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Prepare sales reports and present findings to upper management.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  9. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.
