Job details

Job Title: System Implementation Specialist Location: Riyadh

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist and coordinate to solve all critical technical problems (end-user/distributors).
  2. Make sure all of our Products are in good running condition in the market.
  3. Keep up to date with competitor information and market trends.
  4. Provide direction and leadership to customer service in designated product line.
  5. Organize and develop service partners to provide solutions and meet customer needs / expectations.
  6. Must comply with our Service Quality standards mandated by headquarters.

Requirements:

  1. Health Information Exchange: understanding the secure sharing of patient data among healthcare providers and organization. HL7 v2.x protocol is preferred.
  2. Network skill: understand the hospital networks infrastructure and have basic network skill is required. CCNA or equivalence is preferred.
  3. Medical Device Integration: Seamless integration of different medical devices within the IT infrastructure to share data. Basic code script skill is preferred.
  4. Understand medical information system structure: EMR, HIS, LIS, CDR and medical charting system software.
  5. Project management: participate solutions design and management of whole process of projects implementation.
  6. Training skill: Ongoing training and technical support for healthcare staff to effectively use our systems.
