Responsibilities: Lead and manage the creative team in the development and execution of innovative design concepts. Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual and creative designs across various mediums. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies. Review and approve final designs, layouts, and artwork. Mentor and inspire creative team members and foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company design standards. Provide strategic input and contribute to the development of marketing and branding strategies. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design projects. Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into impactful designs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
