A vacancy has arisen for a Savings and Investment Product Proposition Lead to join our team in Aviva. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the product line including delivery of the overall sales plan. Duties & Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the existing propositions offered by Aviva in the Savings & Investments space. Working with key stakeholders to seek opportunities to enhance the proposition across all strands (pricing, USPs, Funds, Digital, Additional Benefits). Supporting on strategic market segmentation & identifying channel opportunities to support growth. Developing and delivering a longer-term growth strategy. On-going product support across internal and external stakeholders. Working with marketing to develop and deliver marketing campaigns. Manage planned targets & other financial and non-financial metrics. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitor landscape both life company and non-life company. Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of the Life and pensions industry in Ireland, experience in Fintech/Insurtech would be advantageous. Strong understanding of investments and funds. Experience of proposition development including market research and application and business case development. Experience of product development and project/change discipline. Strong time management & organizational skills. QFA qualification or similar. Excellent understanding of financial drivers & metrics. Strategic Thinking awareness of the wider business model. Be highly organised and capable of strategic planning and managing complex activities. Experience of working across many distribution channels and building distributor relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience of effectively managing key risk and controls and compliance with business standards. What will you get for this role?
