Head of Institutional Sales – APAC (Liquid & Illiquid Products)
Our client, a leading asset manager in the GCC, is looking to hire a senior institutional sales professional with 15-20+ years of experience in building relationships with institutional clients across the APAC region. Products covered include liquid and illiquid products with a rare selling point to clients, providing them with unparalleled access to the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities:- Pitch products to institutional clients across the APAC region and raise AUMs.
- Build client base and assess market interest in liquid and illiquid products.
- Maintain excellent internal relationships with heads of departments.
- Gain a thorough understanding of product range on offer to cross-sell products.
- Create a short-, medium-, and long-term business plan to gain internal traction with investment committee and senior management.
- 15-20+ years’ experience building relationships with institutional clients across the APAC region.
- A public track record of raising AUMs from reputable institutions.
- Ability to maintain client base while building a book of new clients.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills; additional Asian language is an advantage, such as Mandarin/Cantonese, etc.
- Bachelor's & Master's Degree in finance, business, or related field.
